Terms of Use
MacConvert is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These additional terms cover the MacConvert account and cloud service.
Plans, storage and tokens
The Pro plan and storage add-ons are auto-renewing subscriptions and token packs are consumable purchases, all sold through the App Store. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed or cancelled in your App Store account settings. Tokens are consumed by cloud conversions as shown in the app, do not expire while your account exists and are not refundable once used.
Your content
Files you put in the synced folder or send for cloud conversion remain yours. You grant us only the right to store, transmit and process them to provide the service to you. You are responsible for having the right to convert and store what you upload, and must not use the service for unlawful content.
Fair use
Cloud conversions and storage are subject to the quota of your plan. We may throttle or suspend accounts that abuse the service or attack it.
Availability and liability
The cloud service is provided as is; we aim for but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes and termination
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may change these terms with notice in the app; continuing to use the service after that means you accept the change.
